We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, or if it does not meet your needs, please contact us. To initiate a return, please email us at pull@goldtrigger.com – our support representatives will assess your case and issue a Return Authorization as needed. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your return.
We offer full refunds for items returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase, with some exceptions identified on the product page. For safety reasons, body armor purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please do not mount any scope, sight, or optic before returning it for a full refund. We inspect all returns under magnification, and if we find that an item has been used or mounted, we will charge a restocking fee of at least 20%.
Please return your item in its original packaging, preferably the shipping box it arrived in. If the item is returned without its original packaging or if the item or original packaging is damaged due to improper return packing, a refund may not be possible, or a restocking fee may apply.
All shipping discrepancies, such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items, must be reported to pull@goldtrigger.comwithin 72 hours of receipt.
