By purchasing a product from Tactideals, Inc. (“Tactideals”), the owner of goldtrigger.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms and Conditions”), in addition to the Website Terms of Use. You further agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable federal, state, and local laws with respect to any product purchased from Tactideals.

By making a purchase from Tactideals, you represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one years of age and/or at least the age of majority in the state where you reside, whichever is older.

 

By making a purchase from Tactideals, you also represent and warrant that you will not use any of the products purchased in any unlawful manner, including but not limited to refraining from exporting any purchased products without complying with the licensing requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”).

 

  1. Returns

Tactideals’ complete return policy can be found at www.goldtrigger.com/returns. Tactideals generally accepts returns of unopened, unused products for a full refund, unless otherwise stated. Returns of scope, sights, and optics may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns should be initiated by contacting pull@goldtrigger.com. Returns must be received by Tactideals within thirty days of their original purchase date. You are responsible for return shipping. In the event of any shipping discrepancies, such as damaged or incomplete items, you must notify Tactideals within 72 hours of delivery.
